Dr. Thorsten M. Seyler holds a PhD in Molecular Medicine and Translational Science from the Wake Forest School of Medicine and is a graduate of Semmelweis University for Medical Science, Ruprecht-Karls-University, the Mayo Medical and Graduate School, and Emory University. He did his residency in Orthopaedics at Wake Forest Department of Orthopaedics and his fellowship in Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction at Duke University. He also is in many organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, The Orthopaedic Research Society and the Southern Orthopaedic Association. Dr. Seyler has undergone extensive training in the ABMSparing Hip Approach and is involved in developing and refining the technique.
